Digital Marketing Specialist

You'll manage our clients' Google and Instagram ads, their visibility on Google and their monthly reports. Your goal is simple: know how many customers each lira spent brings in, and show that to the client in a way they understand.

What you'll do

  • Set up Google Ads and Meta (Instagram, Facebook) campaigns and improve them every week
  • Make sure calls, form submissions and sales from ads are measured correctly
  • Set up clients' Google Business Profiles and keep them up to date
  • Do keyword research for SEO and choose blog topics
  • Explain to each client every month, in a plain report, what was done and what results came in
  • Give the sales team technical support in meetings with new clients

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta ads
  • Able to set up tracking with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Able to interpret numbers and explain them to clients without technical jargon
  • Able to run work for several clients at once in an organized way
  • University graduate

Nice to have

  • Google Ads or Meta certification
  • Experience working with local businesses (restaurants, clinics, shops)
  • Building reports in Looker Studio
  • Able to use basic design tools (Canva, Figma)
