KVKK Privacy Notice

This notice has been prepared by YESEY Kurumsal Hizmetler ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("ZIPPEX") in its capacity as data controller, pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Contact data: Email address, phone number
Professional information: Company name, position, portfolio / LinkedIn profile (in career applications)
Request and message content: Information submitted through the contact form and the career form
Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, cookie data (if explicit consent is given)

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Responding to your contact requests and managing customer relations
Preparing service offers and managing business processes
Evaluating career applications and conducting recruitment processes
Fulfilling legal obligations
Analysing website traffic and improving service quality (with explicit consent)
Sending commercial electronic messages (with explicit consent)

4. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds (KVKK Article 5):

Necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract
Fulfilment of a legal obligation of the data controller
Legitimate interest (communication and business development activities)
Explicit consent (analytics cookies, commercial messages, transfer abroad)

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to the email infrastructure providers we use (Resend Inc., USA), to Google LLC (USA) within the scope of web analytics services, and to competent public authorities within the framework of legal obligations. Data is transferred abroad only after your explicit consent has been obtained.

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data is stored for the periods provided for in the relevant legislation and for as long as required by the purpose of processing. Contact and career form data is deleted or anonymised within 2 years after the purpose no longer exists.

7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is being processed
If it has been processed, to request information about it
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred
To request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
To request its deletion or destruction within the scope of Article 7 of the KVKK
To request that the operations carried out be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems
To claim compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

8. How to Apply

To exercise your rights, you may send an email to kvkk@zippex.dev together with information proving your identity, or submit a written application to our company address. Your applications will be concluded within 30 days at the latest.
