1. Purpose of this Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") in order to inform you about your personal data processed by our Company in its capacity as data controller.

2. Categories of Personal Data Processed

Identity Information: First name, last name, Turkish ID number (if necessary), date of birth.
Contact Information: Email address, phone number, address.
Customer Transaction Information: Order information, payment records, invoice information, contract data.
Technical Data: IP address, cookie records, browser information, Site usage data.
Communication Data: Email correspondence, phone call recordings (with permission), request and complaint records.

3. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected through:

a) Contact forms on the Site,
b) Email, phone or in-person applications,
c) Cookies and similar technologies,
d) Social media platforms.

These are the channels through which your personal data is collected.

The processing activities are based on the legal grounds of KVKK Article 5/2-a (expressly provided for by law), Article 5/2-c (directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract), Article 5/2-ç (fulfilment of a legal obligation), Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the data controller) and Article 5/1 (explicit consent).

4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Meeting customer requests and communication;
Establishing and performing service agreements;
Issuing invoices and collecting payments;
Fulfilling accounting and tax obligations;
Ensuring Site security;
Analysis and statistical work to improve service quality;
Compliance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and related legislation;
Providing information upon request.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred:

To business partners from whom we receive services (hosting, payment institutions, firms providing accounting services),
To public institutions and organisations authorised by law (courts, law enforcement, tax offices),
Transfer abroad: Within the scope of the Google Analytics service, to countries with adequate protection under KVKK Article 9 or within the framework of the relevant regulations.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right:

a) To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) If your personal data has been processed, to request information about it,
c) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
d) To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred,
e) To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
f) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in the KVKK,
g) To request that the operations carried out under paragraphs (e) and (f) be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
h) To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
i) To claim compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data

as set out above.

To exercise the rights listed above, pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ), you may apply in writing, together with documents establishing your identity, to the address Şenlikköy Mah.
