1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the personal data of users who visit the zippex.dev website and of our customers is collected, used, stored and protected. Full compliance is ensured with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and the related legislation.

2. Personal Data Collected

2.1. Identity and Contact Information: First name, last name, email address, phone number, title, company name.

2.2. Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device information, browsing data on the Site (pages visited, click data, timestamps).

2.3. Cookies and Similar Technologies: Data is collected through cookies in order to improve the Site experience, perform analysis and carry out marketing activities. For details, please see our Cookie Policy.

2.4. Contact Form Data: Messages, requests and attached files shared through the contact forms on the Site.

2.5. Chat Assistant Data: Your conversations with Zipp, the artificial intelligence chat assistant on the Site, the name, phone and email information you share during the chat, the rating you give the chat, your IP address and the time of the chat are recorded. This data is processed in order to respond to your requests, contact you and improve the quality of the assistant. We ask that you do not share special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, etc.) with the chat assistant.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • a) To respond to your requests and communicate with you;
  • b) To provide our services and fulfil our contractual obligations;
  • c) To carry out invoicing and payment transactions;
  • d) To ensure Site security and prevent fraud;
  • e) To analyse Site performance and improve the user experience;
  • f) To comply with our legal obligations (tax, accounting, judicial requests);
  • g) To offer you personalised offers, news and marketing content (if you have given your explicit consent).

4. Data Processors and Third Parties

Your personal data may be shared with the following parties for the purpose of providing our services:

  • Hosting and Server Service Providers: Your data is hosted on our servers located in Türkiye.
  • Analytics Service Providers: Analytics service providers headquartered abroad, such as Google LLC (Google Analytics). Transfers abroad are made on the basis of your explicit consent under KVKK Article 9 or with the other safeguards provided for by the Law.
  • Artificial Intelligence Service Provider: The messages you write to the chat assistant are sent to OpenAI, headquartered in the USA, so that a response can be generated. Transfers abroad are made on the basis of your explicit consent under KVKK Article 9 or with the other safeguards provided for by the Law.
  • Payment Institutions: Banks and payment institutions (invoicing/payment transactions).
  • Legal Authorities: Competent public institutions and organisations, where required by law.

5. Data Retention Period

Your personal data is stored for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the statutory limitation periods provided for in the relevant legislation (generally 10 years). When the purpose no longer exists, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. User Rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed;
  • If it has been processed, to request information about it;
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose;
  • To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred;
  • To request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly;
  • To request its deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in the KVKK;
  • To request that correction and deletion operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred;
  • To object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems;
  • To claim compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

7. Security Measures

To ensure the security of your personal data, our Company takes technical and administrative measures such as SSL encryption, firewalls, access control and regular security testing.

8. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated in line with legal regulations and company practices. Updates are published on the Site.
