About Digital Transformation Consulting
Digital transformation isn't buying a new program for the company. It's looking at how work gets done and finding which parts technology can make faster, less error-prone and cheaper. Buying a program is easy; the hard part is buying the right program in the right order and making sure the team actually uses it.
We start by understanding where you stand today. From sales to accounting, from the warehouse to HR, we map out how work gets done by talking with your team. We identify the work that runs on paper, Excel or a few people's memory, and the steps that waste the most time.
Then we decide how each task should be solved. Sometimes an off-the-shelf program is enough, sometimes you need custom software, and sometimes just changing the order in which things are done is enough. We give impartial recommendations so you don't pay for features you don't need.
Even the best system is useless if the team doesn't use it. That's why we explain the change to your team, train them and stay close by in the first weeks.
