Process and Delivery

How long does it take to deliver a website?

Business website projects usually take 3-6 weeks. For projects that need custom development, the timeline grows with the scope. We split the work into four stages: discovery, design, development and launch, and we get your approval at the end of each one. We state the delivery date clearly in the first quote, and if there's a risk of delay, we tell you ahead of time.

What do you need before the project starts?

We hold a discovery call. In that call we clarify your goals, your budget and the technical requirements. Then we send a quote that defines the scope in writing. The minimum we need from you: your brand assets (logo, and brand identity if you have one), your existing content, and one contact person who can make decisions. We handle the rest.

How do we follow progress during the project?

We break the project into weekly chunks. Each week we show what was done, get your approval and move on to the next step. You never reach the end of the month wondering "so what happened?" During the design stage you can see progress directly in Figma, and during the development stage on a working test site.

What happens if I don't like the design?

We don't move to development until the design is approved. We build a prototype in Figma that looks like the finished product, and we start writing code only after you approve it. Your number of revisions is set in the quote; changes during the design stage cost nothing, because no code has been written yet. This approach largely removes the "this isn't what I pictured" surprise.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

Out-of-scope requests are priced separately and aren't carried out without your written approval. Small fixes are already covered as part of the process. We're not out to surprise you with an invoice; when an extra request comes in, we tell you its cost and its effect on the delivery date up front.

Can we work together from another city or another country?

Yes. We run our projects remotely, and besides Turkey we also work with brands in the US, Germany and New Zealand. We hold meetings online and share progress every week. Being in the same city isn't a requirement for the way we work.

Websites and E-commerce

Do you use a ready-made theme?

It depends on your budget. In the starter package we adapt a ready-made structure to your brand identity, which gets the site live quickly and at a lower price. For business websites we adapt a foundation we built ourselves to your brand, and for custom websites the design and code are written from scratch. We pick the right path for you together in the first meeting.

Will we be able to update the site ourselves?

Yes. Every site we deliver comes with a content management panel. You can update text, images, blog posts and product information without any technical knowledge. At handover we train your team on the panel and leave a short user guide.

If we redesign our current site, will we lose our Google rankings?

Not if it's done right. We list every page address on your old site, redirect each address that changes to its new one, and keep the content that brings you visitors from Google. In the weeks after launch we track your rankings and whether Google is picking up the new pages. The most common cause of lost rankings is launching a new site without redirecting the old addresses; we don't skip that step.

Which payment systems do you support when building an online store?

We set up iyzico, PayTR and Stripe integrations as standard. Bank virtual POS connections (Turkish banks' card payment gateways) can also be set up. Installment options, 3D Secure verification and basic fraud prevention settings are part of the setup. We look at commission rates and your product type together to decide which system suits you.

Which platforms does marketplace integration cover?

We connect your products, stock and orders on the common marketplaces, led by Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11 and Amazon, to a single panel. We decide how to set up the connection based on the e-commerce platform you use. The goal is to remove the work of updating the same product separately in several panels, and the stock errors that come with it.

Does a mobile-friendly site cost extra?

No. All our projects are designed mobile first, and that's part of the standard scope. Most visitors come to a site from their phone; we don't think it's right to treat mobile support as an optional extra.

Software Development

Do we own the source code?

Yes. In custom software and website projects, all rights to the delivered code belong to you. You can hand the code over to another team whenever you like. Documentation and handover support are part of the delivery. We don't build anything that makes you technically dependent on us.

Why should I have custom software built instead of buying an off-the-shelf product?

If your business processes fit a standard package, an off-the-shelf solution is usually the better and cheaper choice; we say so openly. But if your pricing, approval flow, reporting or business rules are unique to you, fitting the software to your process ends up cheaper in the long run than fitting your process to the software. In the discovery call we work out together which side you're on.

Which technologies do you work with?

On the web side we use Laravel, PHP, React and Next.js. On mobile we do both cross-platform and native development. For servers and cloud we work with AWS, Google Cloud and Azure. We choose the technology based on what the project needs; we don't shape the project around the tools we happen to have.

Can you take over our existing software?

We can. First we review the software: we look at how cleanly the code is written, its structure, its security holes and whether it's documented. At the end of this review we report, with our reasons, whether it makes more sense to keep going or to rewrite it. The decision is yours.

Can you connect our systems to each other?

Yes, API development and integration is a service we offer in its own right. We connect your accounting software, your shipping company, your payment provider, marketplaces and your own software, so information moves from one to the other on its own. The goal is to remove the work of entering the same data into two different systems by hand.

Are AI solutions a good fit for small businesses too?

They are. The setup we build most often is an assistant that answers customer questions and books appointments. Even a small setup can noticeably cut the time spent on the phone. We recommend AI when it will reduce a real workload, not as a showcase feature.

I have an idea for software I'd sell on a subscription. Can you build it from scratch?

Yes. We build, start to finish, software your customers use for a monthly or yearly fee. A setup where each customer sees only their own data, a subscription and payment system, usage limits by plan, and an admin panel are part of the standard scope. We know this work from experience, because we also build and run our own subscription products, such as masada.tr and nezaman.io.

Digital Marketing and Advertising

Do you take on ad management alone, or is a website required?

Ad management can be taken on its own. But for ads to bring in leads or sales, the page people land on after clicking also has to be good. If we see a problem on your current site that would get in the way, we tell you before we start. We don't want to spend your budget on a setup we know won't work.

Is the ad budget included in your fee?

No, the two are separate. The ad budget is paid directly to Google or Meta and stays fully under your control. Our fee covers setting up the ads, managing them and improving them every week. We define this split clearly in the contract.

How do you report results?

We send a monthly performance report. It shows how much was spent, how many people were reached, how many clicks, leads or sales came in, and what each one cost you. We don't just list numbers; we also write down which campaign worked or didn't and why, and what we'll do next month.

When do SEO results show up?

The effect of technical fixes usually starts to show within 2-6 weeks. Content writing and efforts to earn links from other sites take 3-6 months to show their effect. We don't promise the top spot in a short time, and we'd suggest being careful with anyone who does. In the first month we measure where you stand and report progress against that starting point.

Do you shoot the content for social media yourselves?

We do. We carry out professional photo and video shoots at your business and produce content about your products, your space and your team. If you already have visuals, we can edit those too. We see stock images as a last resort, because original content performs noticeably better.

What do you do to help us show up in AI search?

We call the work of getting systems like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to cite your brand as a source AEO/GEO optimization. In this work we add extra information to your site that AI can read easily, rework content into a question-and-answer format, use clear sentences that are easy to quote, and make sure your business details match across your site, Google and social media. It doesn't replace classic SEO; it builds on top of it.

Pricing, Support and Contracts

How is pricing set?

We give a fixed price based on the project scope. In the first meeting we clarify the goals and technical requirements, then send a quote broken down item by item. The discovery call before the quote is free. We prefer a fixed price over hourly billing, so you know your budget from the start.

How does payment work?

For project-based work, payment is usually split into stages: kickoff, design approval and delivery. For ongoing monthly services (ad management, social media, maintenance), payment is made monthly. All terms are set out in writing in the contract.

Do you provide technical support after delivery?

Yes. For live projects we cover security updates, backups, bug fixes and content updates through our monthly maintenance plans. The scope of support and the response time are defined in the contract. Bugs that appear after delivery and come from our side are fixed free of charge under warranty.

Do we have to buy the domain and hosting from you?

No. If you have your own domain and server, we set the site up there. If not, we recommend a suitable setup and install it. We prefer the domain to be registered in an account that belongs to you; in the long run, that's the right approach for keeping you in control.

How long is the contract, and can we leave early?

For project-based work, the contract ends at delivery. For ongoing monthly services, the minimum term and termination terms are defined in the contract. We put early exit terms in writing from the start; we don't leave you with any surprise commitments.

Is our data safe, and do you comply with KVKK?

Data storage set up to comply with KVKK (Turkey's personal data protection law) is standard in the systems we build. The privacy notice, explicit consent flows and cookie management are handled as part of the setup. On the server side we provide SSL, access permissions, automatic backups and, when needed, firewall configuration.

Have you worked in our industry before?

Since 2020 we've delivered projects in healthcare, restaurants and food, tourism, logistics, home services and retail. If we don't have a reference in your industry, we don't hide it; in that case we make the discovery stage longer and spend it learning your processes. You can look through our reference projects in the projects section of our website.
