API Development & Integration

Connections that let information flow on its own between your accounting software, online store, marketplaces, shipping and payment systems.

Programs that aren't connected lead to the same information being entered by hand again and again, and to mistakes. We connect every system that allows it, from your accounting software to your ERP, from your payment provider to your shipping company. An order's details are entered once; the invoice, stock and shipping update on their own.

Starting price: from $518 (plus VAT where applicable). Connecting 2 programs you already use, error alerts and handover documentation.

What's included

  • A connection plan and its technical documentation
  • Building the connections between programs
  • Access and security settings
  • Automatic notifications triggered by events
  • Testing and error tracking

How we work

  1. Step 11-2 weeks

    Understanding your needs

We listen to how your business works and decide what the software needs to solve and what will go into the first version.

  2. Step 21-2 weeks

    Prototype and approval

We show the main screens in a clickable prototype and finalize the scope based on your feedback.

  3. Step 36-16 weeks

    Development

We move forward in two-week stages and show you the working part at the end of each one. This is when we set up connections to the programs you use.

  4. Step 4Ongoing

    Launch and support

We launch the system and monitor for downtime and errors. We keep providing support after handover.

About API Development & Integration

An API is the connection that lets two programs talk to each other. Any team that moves information by hand between accounting software, a customer tracking system, an online store and a shipping company loses time and runs the risk of mistakes. When we connect these programs, information flows on its own.

In day-to-day work, it looks like this: when an order comes in, the customer record updates automatically; when stock drops below a set level, the purchasing team gets a notification; when a payment is approved, a shipping label is created. Each one looks small, but together they win back hours of your team's time every week.

The connections have to be secure. We limit which system can access which information and store access keys securely. When a connection fails, the system sends an alert right away, so the problem is solved before it affects your customers. Connections are documented so another developer can work on them in the future.
