AWS
Amazon's cloud platform for large, high-traffic projects.
Why do we use it?
We recommend AWS for projects that grow fast or whose visitor numbers suddenly multiply during promotions. Server capacity goes up and down on its own as needed; the site doesn't crash at peak times, and you don't pay for idle capacity in quiet periods.
What does it bring to your project?
Capacity grows on its own at peak times
You pay for what you use
Backup and security tools come ready
No need to change infrastructure as the project grows
AWS (Amazon Web Services) is Amazon's cloud service. Needs like servers, databases, file storage and backups are all covered on one platform.
Its biggest advantage is flexibility. When visitor numbers rise, new servers kick in on their own, and when they fall, they shut down. You pay for what you use.
It has ready-made tools for security needs like backups, storing data in different regions and managing permissions.
Because the AWS bill changes with usage, it can come in higher than expected if it isn't set up right. During setup we shut off unnecessary spending and track the monthly cost together with you. For small projects we recommend simpler, fixed-price servers.
What we use it for
- 1High-traffic e-commerce sites
- 2Fast-growing web applications
- 3Storing large files and images
- 4Systems that need redundancy
