The texts below contain the explicit consent declarations presented for the approval of our users for certain data processing and communication activities, independently of the KVKK Privacy Notice.

A. Commercial Electronic Message Consent Text

I give my explicit consent to YESEY Kurumsal Hizmetler ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("ZIPPEX") sending me commercial electronic messages by email, SMS and phone call about the services offered, campaigns, new developments and promotions.

I know that I can withdraw this consent at any time, without giving any reason, by writing to hello@zippex.dev or by using the "decline/unsubscribe" option in the messages sent to me.

B. Explicit Consent Text for Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Analytics and marketing cookies are used on the zippex.dev website to measure site performance, improve the user experience and provide personalised content.

I give my explicit consent to the processing of my IP address and my site usage habits through these cookies and to their use for the purposes stated above. (I have been informed that consent is not required for the strictly necessary cookies needed for the site to function.)

C. Explicit Consent Text for Transfer of Data Abroad (Google Analytics)

The Google Analytics service provided by Google LLC, headquartered in the United States of America (USA), is used on the zippex.dev website to analyse site traffic and measure performance.

In this context, I give my explicit consent to the transfer of my IP address, browser information and site usage data abroad (USA) for analysis purposes and to their processing by Google LLC.
