Sales and Marketing Associate

You'll talk with restaurants, clinics, shops and companies and explain our website, social media and software services to them. We don't expect technical knowledge; it's enough that you can listen to a business owner's problem and recommend the right package in plain language.

What you'll do

  • Call leads from our website and ads the same day and listen to what they need
  • Explain our services to businesses by phone, by video call and in person when needed
  • Prepare quotes with the team and follow up with the customer after the quote
  • Log calls and quotes in the customer tracking system on a regular basis
  • Reach out to existing customers about additional needs (SEO, social media, maintenance)
  • Represent ZIPPEX at trade shows, events and industry meetups

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a call center
  • A relaxed, clear way of speaking that builds trust
  • Someone who isn't put off by a no and likes to follow up
  • Comfortable using a computer and office software
  • High school or university graduate

Nice to have

  • Sales experience at an agency, software company or in advertising
  • Following social media and digital ads in daily life
  • Driver's license (for in-person visits)
  • Basic English
