Furkan Kaya is a software developer at ZIPPEX. He works mostly on connecting programs to each other: getting an online store to talk to the accounting software, marketplaces to inventory, or a shipping company to orders.
When moving a business's daily work into software, he first listens to how that work is done today, then builds the software around the team's habits.
