The problem
Someone who finds a lost item usually doesn't know how to reach its owner. Writing your phone number on your belongings, on the other hand, means anyone can see it.
The solution
With Arabağ, you stick a QR tag on your item. When someone who finds it scans the tag with their phone, your page opens and they can call you from there. Your number is never shown; the call goes through Arabağ. The finder doesn't need to download an app or sign up.

About the project
Arabağ is a web application we built to make it easier for lost items to get back to their owners. A finder's good intentions aren't enough; there also has to be an easy and safe way to reach the owner. Arabağ provides that with a QR tag and private calling.
Whoever scans the tag sees the owner's page in their phone's browser, with no app to download and no sign-up. When they call from there, the call goes through Arabağ, and neither side sees the other's number. The owner gets reached, and nobody's privacy is compromised.
Pet owners can add vaccination and health notes, and vehicle owners can add plate and model details. In this project we took an idea all the way to a working product ourselves; if you have a similar idea, write to us.
