The problem
OtelSatışKanalı is a company that sets up and manages hotels' accounts on booking sites like Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and Hotelbeds. Updating prices and room availability for many hotels on each site separately took hours, and missing one site created the risk of the same room being sold to two guests. The company also needed a website to explain its service to hotel owners and collect quote requests.
The solution
We built two things. The first is the management dashboard the company uses every day: once a hotel's price or available rooms are entered in the dashboard, they go out to all connected booking sites. The second is a website that explains the service to hotel owners: which sites they work with, how the process works and frequently asked questions are all clearly laid out, and hotel owners can request a quote with one click or message on WhatsApp. The site is in Turkish and English.
About the project
OtelSatışKanalı is a company that takes over hotels' sales on booking sites. A business like this needs two things: an internal tool to run the work quickly and without errors, and a website to bring in new hotel owners. We built both.
In the management dashboard, prices and room availability are entered once and sent to all connected sites. The team no longer logs into each site separately, and the risk of forgetting to update one is gone.
