The problem
Vivora Therapy is a psychotherapy center in Istanbul. New clients came only through social media and word of mouth; the center had no website, so people searching on Google couldn't find it. In therapy, trust and privacy matter a great deal, so the site needed to feel both serious and warm.
The solution
We built a calm, reassuring website that fits the center's approach. Information about who the therapists are, what they work on and frequently asked questions was organized so clients can easily find the right therapist. The site loads fast on phones, and an appointment request takes just a few steps. We handled the setup Google needs, and the center soon reached the first page of local searches.
About the project
Vivora Therapy shows how much a business website matters in healthcare. When someone looking for therapy lands on the site, they should feel safe in the first second, easily understand who the therapists are and be able to send an appointment request in as few steps as possible.
Since most prospective clients arrive on a phone, we started the design from the phone screen. The colors were kept calm, and therapist pages were written to describe their specialties in plain, reassuring language. The appointment form was kept as short as possible. On the Google side, we made sure the site loads fast, set up the Google Business Profile and added the information Google needs to recognize the center correctly. The site was delivered in 3 weeks and soon began appearing on the first page for searches like "Istanbul psychotherapy" and "psychologist appointment."
