The problem
Temizle.co was a cleaning service brand that ZIPPEX launched itself. At first, everything was done by hand: tracking incoming orders, making sure the right supplies went to each job and checking inventory took up most of the team's time. As orders grew, so did mistakes.
The solution
We built a system that processed every order from the website automatically. The list of supplies needed for each type of service was prepared automatically and deducted from inventory. When a supply ran low, the system sent an alert. The team tracked all ongoing jobs and inventory levels from one screen.
About the project
Temizle.co was a service brand that ZIPPEX launched and ran itself. In this project we applied our software know-how directly to our own business: we built an order and inventory tracking system that processed every order from the website without manual work.
For each type of service, the system prepared the list of supplies and equipment needed, deducted it from inventory and sent an alert when a supply ran low. The team could see ongoing jobs, who was assigned to which job and inventory levels on one screen. Most of the manual work between an order coming in and the team heading out was eliminated.
Where the project stands today: The Temizle.co brand was shut down and its domain was put up for sale. The project stays here because the order and inventory system we built is still a useful example; we keep using the same approach in client projects. For similar automation, write to us.
